FAQ

• Online Event Calendar - All of our events and activities (except den meetings) are posted to our online calendar. This is the best place to get the most up-to-date information.

• Download a Copy - This will always link to the current printable calendar. This is typically up-to-date, but is only updated monthly.

• Belchertown Cub Scout Families Facebook Group - Join this Facebook group for updates on upcoming events.

• Emails - Emails will go out monthly with a summary of all upcoming events for the next month or two. Additionally, as RSVP dates are set and get closer you will generally receive email reminders to register for those events as well.

Visit the event's page on our website. You can access events through the online calendar. All events requiring an RSVP will be noted on the website, emails, and all communication related to that event. 

MOST events will have the ability to register even if an RSVP is not required. We highly encourage you to sign up for any event you plan to attend. This will ensure that you receive all reminders, location information, cost, payment, cancellations, and any other pertinent information regarding the event. 

If it is an event that requires an RSVP (these are events where we need to have a head count up front for purchasing tickets or ordering food), registration will automatically close for that event once the RSVP date has passed.

For each event that requires payment, how to pay, who to pay, and when to pay will be listed on the event's webpage. 

Each den meeting is scheduled by the den leader. Meeting times vary from den to den. Meetings may be posted here, please connect with your den leader to get a meeting schedule.
